It was meant to snuff us out.
You didn’t let it.
Thank you for speaking truth to power.
We’re not supposed to do that either.
Screw the colonizer’s rules.
You are power and beauty and wisdom and joy.
No one can steal the light of your fierce spirit.
They tried.
They failed.
Rest.
Honor yourself as the sacred being you inherently and always are.
Rejoice in the enlightened Self and our collective magic.
May we walk in beauty.
